🖋️ Journalism was my first love. During my 14 year career in publishing, I held just about every position in media — from morning news producer to executive magazine editor. I’m grateful for that time because it taught me how to tell stories people care about.

🖋️ I'm a New Yorker but not the big city flashing lights kinda New Yorker. I grew up on the end of Long Island surrounded by artisans and mom-and-pop farm stands. It instilled in me a great admiration for people helping people by doing what they love.

🖋️ 85% of my content creation is screen-free. I’m a believer in getting inspired by what’s inspiring you. My most viral post ideas come from reading, everyday life and conversations with people like you.
